There’s a sense of humor that Alexios’ character simply isn’t as good at conveying as Kassandra. Odyssey’s recreation of ancient Greece is still jaw-droppingly gorgeous, and the most
Exactly. It sounds like the your typical "Alexios should have been the canon protagonist, because historical accuracy" take. If OP truly thinks that having Alexios as an option is the main issue as they're claiming here, "Kassandra should've been the only option" would've been a lot less confusing as a title.
Look I love AC IV but that's a pretty good description of it. It's a great, great Pirate game. It's a great game overall. But it was also not an Assassin game because you quite literally don't play as an assassin. I still really loved it, but after 3 they really couldn't figure out what they had to do to keep this related to the o
Alexios, the guy, is pretty funny compared to Bayek (the Origins protagonist). Kassandra is the canon character and the one most Youtubers seem to pick. Either way, their stories are the same, only with different voice acting. The guy is more exaggerated like what you hear in Japanese so the inflection really comes through. The lady is more subtle.
Neither Alexios nor Kassandra make "sense" in a historical accurate setting because they are FICTIONAL CHARACTERS. They have superhuman powers like Greek mythical heroes. And that's why having a woman as the main character in this game is totally fine and not some kind of "catering to feminazis", after all, there are examples of female heroes
Kassandra’s DNA is on the Spear because it was hers. Alexios’ is likely there because he was stabbed through the throat with it. They don’t actually share memories, as Alexios is not the canon protagonist. He was forced in as a compromise because the executives wouldn’t allow a solo female lead. Nothing about him as the protagonist is

Animal Eye Spy: Alexios and Kassandra have the same variant of Eagle Vision that Bayek has, which allows them to see through the eyes of their eagle, Ikaros. Animal Motifs: Eagles, as is the usual for the franchise. One of their titles is "Eagle-Bearer." Their mother also has birthmarks in the shape of the Aquila constellation.
Kassandra also has a younger brother named Alexios. Due to her monumental lineage, Kassandra is taught to fight from a very young age, with high expectations being placed on her by her Spartan peers.
Are you playing Kassandra and have you met the Chick who want s to be a hero like Odysseus . Seems to be a pretty major story game thread. I've met her 2 times now while playing as Alexios. I had the option to flirt with her, telling her how beautiful she is. I can't remember now what I said to her, but she joined my crew after that.
