Getting VR working for ETS2 (on the Quest 2 at least) involves many not-so-fun steps, including repeatedly putting on the headset and taking it off (especially when going between menus and the driver's seat), and the end result is noticeably low resolution and stuttery compared to the desktop version. Have you already used steamvr with the reverb? Provided you've done that then right-click on euro truck simulator 2, select properties, beta tab and then opt into "oculus - Oculus/Vive - 1.39 - (SDK 1.4.0)" Then, when you start ETS2 it should start streamvr and the game should appear in the headset.
